• better than what's available

Recently, The Dementia Centre was involved in trials for groundbreaking new medications such as lecanemab, the first successful Alzheimer's disease treatment trial in 20 years, and donanemab.

Why take part in a clinical trial?

Taking part in a clinical trial is free, voluntary and may give you early access to potential new treatments in Alzheimer's disease and dementia. By taking part, you contribute to research and help us find breakthrough treatments for Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. 

• Are you concerned about your memory or the memory of a loved one?
• Have you been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, dementia, Alzheimer's disease or a life-limiting illness?
